Cold Pressed refers to the method of extracting juice from fruits and vegetables by means of direct pressure. Cold-pressed juice retains a high level of nutrients, including essential minerals, vitamins and enzymes, and there is minimal oxidation. Juice Farm juice isn’t heated, pasteurised or pressurised (HPP). Nor do we add sugar, preservative or artificial agents to affect the colour. Our juice is as fresh as you will get and the shelf life is only five days. We only use the best ingredients, we don’t cut corners and we do not compromise the product to extend the shelf life. In addition to all this, the taste is AMAZING.
We also do not HPP, or high-pressure process, our juices. This is a form of pasteurization that also can alter the integrity of the juice.
All our juices are seasonal and availability is subject to availability of quality produce.
